Next Level Youth at Elite Competitive Training

At Elite Competitive Training, our Next Level Youth program is built to develop the future of athletic excellence. Designed for youth athletes ages 7–18, our progressive training system sharpens the fundamentals of speed, strength, agility, and power — all while building confidence, character, and a competitive edge.

Each level of training is structured by age and readiness, with programming that evolves as athletes grow and mature.

Program Breakdown:

Rookie (Ages 7–11) @ 4pm & 5pm
This foundational program focuses on movement quality, coordination, and athletic confidence. We make training fun, functional, and age-appropriate — setting the stage for long-term success.

Elite Prep (Ages 12–14) @ 6pm
Athletes in this stage begin refining mechanics and building power. This phase introduces more intense athletic movements and safe, progressive strength training to prepare them for the next level.

Advance Performance (Ages 15–18) @ 7pm
Modeled after elite collegiate-level programs. We focus on explosiveness, strength, speed, and high-level performance metrics preparing them for varsity sports, showcases, and beyond. Tailored to serious athletes pursuing sport- or position-specific goals, this semi-private format provides individualized coaching and targeted development.

Program Breakdown:

☀️ Early Bird (Morning Grind) @ 5:15am, 6am, and 7am
Start strong with our high-energy Early Bird sessions, designed for busy adults who want to attack the day before it even begins. Expect a combination of full-body strength work, cardio conditioning, and mobility to jumpstart your body and mind. Perfect for professionals, parents, and early risers ready to lead from the front.

💥 Elite Performance (Group Training) @ 6pm
This is our signature training program — a fast-paced, results-driven class that blends strength training, athletic movement, and conditioning to build strong, capable, resilient bodies. Every session is built with progression in mind and coached with intensity, purpose, and energy.
