My Philosopy
“My philosophy is simple, give me three months with an athlete, and if they come in ranked a 3 on a scale of 0–10, they will leave as a 6. The most important quality in young athletes is consistency. Success doesn’t come from talent alone it comes from showing up and putting in the work every single day.
When I was chasing the dream of the NFL, I didn’t have much equipment I had a bench, determination, and a relentless work ethic. That mindset is what I bring to every training session. All I need is 50 yards of grass, some sweat, and a willingness to grind. The rest? We build together.”
